First, you need to update the operating system please follow the procedure outlined in the article below:
Installing Operating System Updates on HyperScale Edge

Once the operating system update has been completed successfully, you can proceed with installing the Maintenance Release (MR) from Command Center.

So, does that mean we can’t push updates like a typical media agent?
Because in my case i dont have a connection network

Yes, that's correct. However, please make sure to install the OS updates first (RPM packages are also recommended). Once the operating system update is completed successfully, you can proceed with pushing the MR.
