/home/pawin/Commvault_Linux/ it have permission root by chmod -R 777

11SP16 is kind of out of support but… try removing LooseUpdates folder from installer folder to install 11.SP16 GA. Then you may try pushing the updates from the GUI or downaload Maintenence Release 116 and run it to update already existing client.
