Hello,
I did an upgrade my test CS from version 11.32.59 to 11.36.35 on RHEL 8.8.
The process itself went through without a problem, both Commserve and MediaAgent updated.
However, when I log into the console, it still displays version 11.32.59 for Commserve and Commserve only. I did restart services, restart commserve, I can't do the repair it because I get an error that the version in the software cache is incompatible (I have 11.36.35 in the cache).
Has anyone else encountered such a problem and managed to solve it?
