We have Zabbix MYSQL database and every backup converts to Full even for incremental. [Nothing to backup in incremental job as Binary Logging is disabled on this MySQL server. The job is being converted to a full backup operation.]

Per the message, sounds like you need to enable Binary Logging.

It’s MariaDB/MySQL, so I’m pretty sure it’s configured the same regardless.
If not, you may need to review Zabbix docs for how to enable Binary Logging.
