Even after trying from various systems, all with different OS and connectivity, the download of version 11.40 software has not been completed in the last two days.
The error reported is this:

Has this happened to others?

Hi @Mirko Mastri

This issue is typically related to network interference during the download process.

In most cases, the checksum mismatch occurs due to one of the following: Antivirus software inspecting or modifying the downloaded file Firewall restrictions interrupting or altering the download stream Proxy configuration causing incomplete or corrupted downloads

I recommend the following checks: Temporarily disable antivirus or add exclusions for the download directory
Verify firewall settings and allow access to downloadcenter.commvault.com If a proxy is in use, ensure it is properly configured in Commvault internet setting and retry

Regards,
Mohammed Ramadan

Hi @Mohammed Ramadan

I've tried many solutions:
- from a client's Windows server
- from my PC, a different network
- from a PC without antivirus
- from a server where I downloaded version 11.40 just 4 days ago (I deleted the downloads folder after using it, unfortunately!)

The only solution: I downloaded the setup for version 11.36, updated 11.32 -> 11.36, then downloaded 11.40 and ran the update.

The creation of the package to install the new Commserv doesn't work. Try it yourself and let me know.
