I am encountering an error when attempting to download the new Maintenance Release (LTS) directly into the CommServe Software Cache using the Download Software feature.
Here are the details of the failure:
Error Code: 68:585
Process: Download Software
Source: commserver

Could you please let us know which CommServe version you are using? Is it 11.40 ?
Also, could you please share the last 10 lines from the DownloadSoftware.log file for further analysis ?
