upgrade client

If you expand the Client on the left menu, does it show any agents installed?

I’m wondering if you setup the client but did not actually push any software yet.

Right-Click <Client> | All Tasks | Add/Remove Software

If there’s no software installed, you can Install Software.
If there is software installed, you will see Upgrade Software.

Hi @housti ,

You have created a client for a decoupled installation. That Client Entry is not associated to any physical server.

Once you deploy the packages to the server, it will update its status when it is connecting back to the CS.

Alternatively, you could simply install the packages on the Server, and it will create the client entry during the registration process.
