Upgrade commvault 11.32 to 11.34

Please help, it is a critical case, I updated my commvault from 11.32 to 11.34 everything was normal but the next day the commvault OS cannot be found, the disk is not recognized.

I think you need to work with whomever supports your HW and OS?

    @caro I've never seen Commvault OS and with the little amount of information you are sharing no one is going to be able to help you. So, I recommend to open a ticket.

    Thank you very much if it is solved, it was a problem with the commvault OS. But I still have problems, currently the commcell hangs when trying to perform an operation. The Command Center works slowly, the VM resources were checked and everything is fine.
    Upon review, it was found that these services are not starting.
    I started it manually but it does not respond. Any advice? . I'm new to commvault
