Any suggestions on which FR to upgrade too? I have 4 Physical MA’s that meet hardware requirements and are running 2016 standard. The CS is also a beefed up physical machine running Server 2016 and SQL server 2016. From my reading on the community, 11.32.* might be more stable as long as I have reached the requirements. Please do not send URLs, they are very unclear to say the least. I’m just looking for personal experiences and recommendations.

You need to ask yourself; do you want to be planning this again next year? As 11.28 is shown to be end of life June next year. Whereas 11.32 is the following year, so gives you a bit more time before you have to do things again.
If the dates of the two wasn’t the deciding factor, you’d look at which one gives you the features you might need in the future.
So perhaps 11.32 is the better choice, unless of course you don’t mind upgrading from 11.28 before June 2025.
