Hello!!

 

I want to Aux copy ( Virtual Tape Libary → S3)

 

but, The error occurred as follows.


The error occurred twice.
Occurred at 2.8TB
(Total capacity 3.2)

 

It worked well, but suddenly it didn't work.

Hi @chris_ahn,

Can you verify the media SE2094L3 to make sure its mountable and readable?

You can also view the jobs on SE2094L3 and then exclude them from copy (go to the S3 copy, RETAIN the jobs so they don’t age off, and then select ‘do not copy’. 

See if you can get the auxcopy job to complete without those jobs

 

cvd.log on the Media Agent (ip-10-227-8-200) may have some more information about why it failed to read.
