We would like to restore an old VM backup from AWS library in Commvault. However, it is unable to restore with an error “unable to find/get index cache[ ] at time [ ]” .
Is there any way to fix such as reconstruct the index?

Hi Tom,
What kind of s3 storage does the backup reside on? Often this error with cloud libraries are associated with Glacier and archive tier storage which needs to be brought back to a hot tier to read index data/restore.
