usually, we use reports as they provide the best way to gather information with a friendly interface. However, you can also browse through each storage policy, which will give you the retention date for every backup job

no problem Terry I recommend the "Jobs in Storage Policy Copies" report. It’s very helpful and provides all the information you need about the jobs, such as retention data (expiration), retention reason (if it met the days/cycles), etc….

You can check the Data Retention Forecast and Compliance Report. This report has the details of why a particular job is retained or past its configured retention.
