CV server is AWS EC2, cloud library is AWS S3, plan to create VPC endpoint between EC2 and S3, will make sure the data traffic is on AWS backbone.
AWS provide gateway and interface VPC endpoint, which one is better?

You would want to specify the VPC endpoint for the Access path for the cloud library, that way the data going to the bucket will be transferred via the VPC endpoint.

From a commvault perspective, it doesn’t matter - we treat either configuration the same. You may want to check with AWS on the pro’s and cons I’m not sure if you get better performance in one vs the other.
