Data missing in the Growth Dashboard

Hi everyone,

I have several commcells. On one of them there are “No data available” on the Comcells, Agents, and Client Groups tiles. All other tiles seems ok. Anybody know why and how to fix it?

Also, on my other comcells there seem to be no data from january to july for the same three tiles. I guess there is no way to generate the missing data again, but do anybody know if it is a known bug?

Issue 1: "No data available" on CommCells, Agents, and Client Groups tiles

This issue typically indicates a problem with data collection or upload for those specific tiles. Possible causes and steps to resolve:

  1. Metrics Upload/Reporting Issues

    • Ensure private metrics uploads are configured and running successfully on the affected CommCell.
    • Check the relevant logs (cvsurvey.logCommServeSurveyUtility.log) for errors or missing upload messages.
    • Verify that the necessary Metrics Reporting packages are installed.
  2. Database/Connectivity Problems

    • Confirm that the CommServe has network connectivity to the Commvault Cloud.
    • Check that the DM2 and Cvcloud databases are online.
  3. Manually attempt to upload metrics data : Control Panel → Private metrics → Upload now (check whether it is showing latest date for last upload)
