we have an running DDB from 2018. We have Running 11.24.12 as Version on all Mas and Cs.
After we sealed thed DDb have the new one the latest DDb version 6 automactially ?

As mentioned by Prasad the DDB will carry over the new table configurations, however the new Features available will not be enabled by default:
Horizontal Scaling (recommend ensuring you have adequate baseline before looking to enable this one)
Garbage Collection.
