I must edit Storage policy, what will be with backup up data?
Will it be possible to restore this data after I edit Storage policy.

What are we trying to edit on the storage policy ? if you are looking to chnage retention, retention will apply for all the jobs associated with the storage policy and depending on the retention some of the jobs might age (only if retention is reduced), but we still be able to recover/restore from the backup jobs.
