Hi,

Please assist.

DDB Reconstruction is inprogress, the job is in “add records” phase but gets stuck on “failed to start controller on media agent.

  • Services are running on both source media agent and the problematic media
  • some other jobs are usng the same media agent
  • Commserve is 11.25.14

Can you check which Media Agent the job is using?

If it appears to be using a different Media Agent than what was hosting the DDB, kill the job and force it to use he correct Media Agent.
