we have commserve version 11.24 and those option in below image are not appears,  Why?

  • New Global Secondary Copy policy
  • New Global Deduplication Policy

@Nedal1993 , when you create the Storage Pool, you’ll have an option to make it global.  If you didn’t do this upon creation, you’ll need to create a new Storage Pool (and select to make it global).
