I have full backup daily.
Basic retention is set to 7 day 1 cycle.
I need to extend retention only for first Saturday of each month to 90 day.
How to specific the first Saturday?

I don't think you can achieve the first Sat of every month with the context of you running daily fulls.
If you change your schedule to be Incremental backups through the week and fulls run on Saturday then you can do extended retention for the first full of the month.

While it may not be possible at the Storage Policy Copy level, you could use Schedule Policies to meet your requirement by creating a First Saturday of the Month schedule, and using the Advanced > Media > Job Retention options to extend retention.
