Hi,
I can get this data after exporting a report to csv and manipulate it. Question is, how come there is no builtin report or dashboard or graph that would provide this in a simpler way?

What report are you manipulating to retrieve the data you want?
Are we wanting a total of all jobs for all libraries for all clients in a month graph?
