HQ-VM-CommServ - 32:162 - Replacing the active media for job [4157411] from Mount Path [[dr svr2] V:\DRMA02AR_LUN06] to [[dr svr2] U:\DRMA02AR_LUN05].

 

What does this mean?

 

AND MAKING THE JOB TO RUN VERY SLOW WITH LOW Current Throughput: OF 0.3:

Hi @Alexzy 

 

This looks like the Mount Path V:\DRMA02AR_LUN06 where the backup job is writing is full or not usable anymore (reached usage /capacity set limits, for example), while your backup job id#4157411 is still not complete. So, your Commserve is reporting that it would switch from this Mount path to another Mount Path called U:\DRMA02AR_LUN05 to continue to write the backup data to this location.

This is not something abnormal, especially if you have local disks attached to this server, and configured your devices to fill and spill, for example.

If you experience slowness, check how many jobs are running on this U:\DRMA02AR_LUN05 mount path , physical device, LUN, or array. It can come from multiple sources.
