Hi guys need help for fix below error 

 

Error Code: [62:441] Description: Library [XXXXX], MediaAgent [YYYYYY], Drive Pool [], MountPath[\8DC1R1_08.15.2024_16.29]: Internal software error occurred. Advice: If the issue persists, please upload log files from CommServe, MediaAgent and Client and contact your vendor's support hotline with the job ID of the failed job. Source: YYYYYY, Process: ScalableDDBVerf

HI ​@PrashantK ,

 

Please check the “ScalableDDBVerf “ log from the MA during the problem reported time to understand further about this issue.

Hello Wasim,

 

I have the same issue as PrashanktK, I have parse the logs from ScalableDDBVerif, here is the error I have before error code [62:441] :

Hi ​@Gilles SCHMIDT,

Here the mount path MPID 151 was not shared with the MA which is performing the READ operation.

Please correct the mount path sharing configuration and then restart the job.
