Hi Commvault Community,

 

Just wondering if the Media Agent in Commvault uses a specific database ? Since the CommServ uses SQL DB for its metadata, I was wondering if the MA uses certain DB for DDB or Index Cache or anything else.

@Commvault Engineer , the ddb and index cache code is all uses faircom’s ctree library.
