Hi. I’ve tried a bunch of report to get a detailed report of storage usage. I’ve used this one:

Estimated Storage Utilization By Policy Copies or DDBs or Libraries.
 
I know it’s an estimate, but if I add up all the used space for every client, there’s about 30% difference between the storage usage according to CV vs the report. CV says 490TB, reports says 330TB.
 
I’ve tried a couple other reports and they all have the same 330TB approx.
Since it’s cloud storage, the $$$ involve here is significant

Please run a report by storage utilization by client and compare it to the library utilization

If there is still a considerable difference, please login a new ticket.

 

As it comes to cloud storage, please also keep in mind that sometimes cloud Tebibytes (TiB) is messed up with Terabytes (TB).

 

1 TiB = 1.099511628 TB

200 TiB = 219.902325555 TB

 

1 TB = 0.90949470177293 TiB

200 TB = 181.898940355 TiB
