Hi Team, can someone please help me to resolve this issue.

Actions taken from my end.

 

1.SAP HANA team confirmed that backint process is connected with HANA database and backup credentials are working fine. 

  1. we also noticed system DB backup and log commandline backups are working fine

In our case the same problem was solved by restarting the Commvault agent.
Everything seemed to indicate that it was a SAP HANA problem since the FS and SYSTEMDB backups were performed correctly, but for whatever reason it was in the commvault agent.

In our case the problem was the backup set configuration.

Backup set (tenant HANA) → Properties→ Storage Device → Log Backup → Here, the storage policy for log backups was missing.
Probably if you didn’t set the storage policy in the Command Line Backup you have the same error.
