We have a disk storage and we have a limited space on that disk and don’t have any plans to extend the storage on the disk. In weekends the storage utilization is high and could you please help me to process to reclaim the storage on the concern disk.

The first thing to check would be to make sure that Data Aging jobs are running daily and completing successfully. You can check this by right-clicking on the Commserve > View > Admin Job History and filtering for Data Aging.
Next, I would suggest running a Data Retention Forecast and Compliance Report on the Library in question:
This will generate a report that will show all of the jobs on the Disk Library and each jobs’ Retain Until Date, as well as each jobs’ Reason for Not Aging.
Using these two columns within the report will give insight into possible jobs that are being retained unintentionally, and what can be done to age these jobs if necessary, to free up space.
