Total Data Size on Disk is zero

Newly created DDB engines shows application size as 800 TB and Total Data Size on Disk as zero.

Same issue with few newly created DDBs. we are on V11.28.56

I am not sure if this is just a GUI/Display issue. I cannot find any issues.

Are you able to log a case with Support so we can check and confirm?

Can you confirm if you are using the Local, Remote Java Console or the Command Center please?

Can you try the other methods?

I am not sure if this is just a GUI/Display issue.

Are you able to log a case with Support so we can check and confirm?

Hi @Sebastien Merluzzi I have tried Local and Remote Java Console still the same, I do not see an option in command center where I can see DDB engines

We do not have direct commvaut support, will check with 3rd party support.
