Hello everyone, I would appreciate your help.
I am trying to download several files from my OneDrive backups, I choose to download it in a different location and not in the original location.
What happens is that an empty folder is downloaded.
What could be the problem?

If you try to restore the same items you are attempting to download does it work without issue? (out of place to the same disk )
This is a good test to perform as it validates the data you are trying to read is healthy and recoverable.
