Use tapes from another Commcell

I have LTO 7 tapes from another Commcell that I’d like to format and use in our new Commcell.

Is it possible to Format / erase these tapes and import them into the new Commcell?

@Smartodd you should be able to format the tapes (the new CommCell won’t be able to read them anyway).

If you want to do it outside of the console, use the TapeToolGui:

Great tool to use if you have any tape issues and want to test things out.
