Dear community,

I have an issue after migration from Windows 11.36.49 to Linux 11.36.49 , the Vault Tracker reports is currently empty :

No tape from the location appear in the “Due backup for reuse” report while 7 tapes get a status “Now” on the “Due back for reuse on” field from list of media :

On the vault tracking report with broader criteria, I get the following message :

Please, what do I have to check

Best regards,

Gilles

Hi, maybe normal as it’s the default report from Commvault.

In contrast, the report receive by e-mail contains all tapes instead the available tapes to put on the tape library.

HI @Gilles SCHMIDT ,

I understand that you mentioned the issue began after performing the hardware migration from Windows to Linux.

Could you please confirm if you are running “Due back for reuse” report, If you are running a “Due Back for Reuse” report for media that is due back now, please ensure that all Storage Policy Copies are deselected. Selecting Storage Policy Copies is only necessary when generating reports for future due back dates, and choosing them for current due back media can cause the report to appear blank.

Regards,

Karthik
