Our Storage Environment is Netapp. We tried to limit the parallels backup copy operations with limited streams, but encountering the same issue. Can someone please share their experience if encountered previously.

Which version are you using?
You can review the vsbkp.log and cvma.log on VSA/MA and check the VMkernel logs.
If the NFS server is denying the connecting request, make sure you have all the required ports open.
Otherwise, I would recommend you log a case with Support and we will review.
