Any chance the Index drive is offline?  Can you see what error shows up at this time in DM2Web.log?

Is web server installed on that server you are pointing the recall service too?

Any internal firewalls?

the web server install on all on one Commvault OVF 

and test the web when its standalone “Workgroup” and i try to join it to domain with the same error.

no any firewalls and windows firewall disabled.

the index server I configure it with the access node because it POC. i thank its run normally

after some troubleshooting i find ,net 3.5 not install after install it and join web console VM to domain all working normally and can archive but cant recall message and received the below error at the logs:
