On Gmail backups, some of the user backups are getting failed due to account is offline or something? is there an easy method to find out the failed users list from the backup job.

I heard back from the Gmail team and the reports teams who are not aware of this issue and expected it to work like I did.
they both suggested opening a support case.

That’s odd. They should be pulling from the same place, but I could be wrong in this agent’s case.
