Hello @gibby101

If you are getting the same error after following the above POA, you could try to download the version of your choice you wanted to be updated in cache manually from cloud.commvault.com or ma.commvault.com, after extraction make sure to choose “install to a different computer” and selected your required packages post which run a copy job from commcell and browse to the location where you have created your own package above. Once copy is completed the new package you created above should reflect under \commvault\Base\SW location and it should show under Tools > Software Cache Configuration > Cache details. Now you can push the packages easily from commcell to other clients/media’s.

Hey @Azza,

Looks like a failed download causing an extraction failure. Are you able to remove the cache and try re-download, or download a copy from cloud.commvault.com and run it manually?

Did downloading again or anything else work for you with this error?
