CommCell Configuration Audit Report on the Command Center - not providing any data- blank

i have imported the configuration audit report and ran its not working , my user is a master user and data collection is enabled and that the Audit option is selected for Private Metrics Reporting

Please try uploading the metrics manually (Click on upload) and check the Commservsurveyutility.log on CS and CVsurvey.log on the metrics server.

Please try to run the Audit trial report from Commcell and check if it is showing the data.

manuallu uploaded no luck , we are using same commserv as metric server and audit trial showing data

Please download the latest XML from store.comvault.com using the below link:

https://store.commvault.com/webconsole/softwarestore/store.do#!/135/663/16217

Delete the old report and import the new one. Check if this helps.

If not then please raise a support case.

@Navneet Singh  does not work , 

 

i tried in one of our customer comcell as well , its the same behavior , no data
