Report Generation Failed

Hello team

I need your help about the problem that happened. I have a schedule that executes mutiple job detail report. but it ended with a mistake . I analyzed the logs and i see a lot of error but i didn t find any explaination I would like to ask you to look at the problem and answer what could be the problem? . Many thanks for your help

    Hi @dgo,

     

    That logging is telling me that likely the Report didn’t export successfully on the Webconsole, so there was no report for it to download.  The relevant logging would be present in another log (Webconsole.log) on host [076SY010.mae.fr].

     

    I would suggest reviewing the Webconsole log on that host for more detail, as unfortunate the logging above is not enough to make a diagnosis.  Depending on what’s printed in that log, it may be recommended to open a Support ticket for greater analysis.  However, feel free to share what you see in that log, and perhaps I can give more targeted advice.
