Problems trying to register clients

Hello, I have clientes with commvault agent installed but no register on commcell. Draw.io stencils

I am looking for stencils that can be imported into draw.io to build backup diagrams and environments for documentation purpose. Is this something Commvault has available to customer? If so, can you send a link for download please? Thank you

Mismatch version after commserve upgrade 11.32 to 11.36

Hello, I did an upgrade my test CS from version 11.32.59 to 11.36.35 on RHEL 8.8. The process itself went through without a problem, both Commserve and MediaAgent updated. However, when I log into the console, it still displays version 11.32.59 for Commserve and Commserve only. I did restart services, restart commserve, I can't do the repair it because I get an error that the version in the software cache is incompatible (I have 11.36.35 in the cache). Has anyone else encountered such a problem and managed to solve it? My dashboard now displays this:

CommServeDB - Client Storage Utilization

Hello team, We used the SQL instance to create and customized some reports for our team and clients. At this moment, I am trying to create a report using the SQL instance of the CommServeDB to build a customized report. However, I am having some difficulty identifying the table or tables where I can retrieve the capacity used for each storage policy copy. Can you help? Thank you! Regards, Pedro Lages.

24 hours waiting: My post still isn't published - Can admin help?"

On Monday, I wrote a post about an error when trying to recover a backup from tape. The post wasn’t published, indicating it needed to be moderated for 24 hours. That time has passed, and it still hasn’t been posted. Is there a way to reach the admin team and avoid having to rewrite it? The post was titled 'Error - The medium is already reserved by some other job’

Hola! Realice el primer examen de commvault Foundation 11.26.2, pero me falta el examen de Advanced 11.26.6, cuando quiero realizarlo me parece Inactive. Mi pregunta es, ¿El examen esta expirado? o se encuentra Inactive porque se tiene que finalizar los módulos tanto los videos a como los libros. Saludos.

Non-Public Section for Reporting Minor Bugs?

I think it could be beneficial to have a non-public section for the reporting of minor bugs. I understand I could go through the full Support process, but I really don’t want to go to that much effort for a minor bug.

Private (1to1) Microsoft Teams chat restore -Emojis

Hi, I have a case about backing up and Restoring the emojis we use in the Microsoft teams chats. The documantation states that it is possible but as far as i know, i can only restore video, sound, images, gifs, stickers and also e mojis that is on the phone keyboard, which is accesible on mobile - not the ones that are on the microsoft teams interface- It is visible to see that commvault has received the message data that has the emoji but i cannot see it. It is only a blank message blob.

BigDataApps job present on the tapes -not retain automaticlly

I checked these jobs again on the secondary copy (for tapes) where Extended Retention is, but for BigDataApps there is no job with Extended Retention. In addition, I checked each JobID separately and the "Retain Until" and "Retained by" columns have N/A, in Job Details the "Job Retention" tab is greyed out. For all these tasks to let them work i delete the aged job manually.

1-Touch - Make it better than Acronis

I like 1-touch but I have to constantly compete with my customers about how much better Acronis is as a product. I would love to have a discussion with someone in development about this. If Commvault is truly the industry leader, BMR should be included.
