Hi,

Similar to OCI, VSA access nodes need connectivity to PCA appliance that allows https connections (443) to use IMDS and REST APIs to OCI PCA X9 endpoint(appliance FQDN) for backup/restore operations.

Hi,

As OCI PCA X9 endpoint appliance, uses its FQDN for backup/restore operations. Make sure that get resolves from VSA access node on that internal network or use host entries in both sides with that required internal networks then try backup. if still observing issues, please rise ticket with all details, support team will check and help.
