Backup MongoDB without Intellisnap?

Hello folks,

We wanted to know if there is a possibility to backup MongoDB without using Intellisnap. or is it mandatory to perform the backup?

Hello Ejie. This is Francis with the Unix Team. Unfortunately we cannot backup MongoDB without Intellisnap. WE leverage Intellisnap for MongoDB iDataAgent. 

 

If it’s a standalone MongoDB, you can use FileSystem to back it up. For filesystem you can use streaming backup
