Hey folks,
In the new Readiverse portal, the badges should only take a few minutes to come through. In the old system they needed to be manually processed - so if you are a partner or completed your training before January, it could be or have been up to 2 days.
If you don’t see your Readiverse badge in an hour, certainly check any spam/junk folders as we see a lot of cases they can end up there. If you don’t see it after 24 hours, certainly email enablement-help@commvault.com and we can check it out.
+1Hi, it took mine a few days to come through - but yes, Credly comes through without having to do anything.
