Backup History with Included Aged Jobs

🙋Hi Community,

❓Can anyone tell me if there is any parameter in CommVault that I can adjust the retention period of Jobs information that has already expired?

💡Example: A Job expires today and 3 months later I run the Job History listing with "Included Aged Data".

😥This Job that expired today doesn't even appear in the listing anymore, even when selecting the "Included Aged Data" option.

❓Is it possible to increase the time that this expired Jobs information is retained in CommVault?

Best Regards,

Hi @Heitor Oliveira

You can set it in Control Panel → Media Management → Data Aging section.

Please check this documentation link.

Thanks,

Sunil
