Hi,

Is it possible to show which user and what files were download from the WebConsole?

For example, if I’m restoring any file I’m getting a job with details, but for the download action I can see the action in the audit trail report but with now details of the user or the file itself, I can see only the browse action of the folder

Thanks

Hi @shay.itah ,

Web Console does not provide visibility into which users download specific files or folders. Download actions do not generate jobs or detailed audit records, and available logs contain only limited, non-specific information. Audit trail generally captures only browse activity, not actual downloads or file-level details, and there is no built-in reporting for this functionality.

However, restore operations do generate jobs and include full details such as the files restored and the user who initiated the action.
