+1We have a storage account with private endpoint connection configured, we tried to IAM role to backup this storage account, but got errors and not able to configure the backup.

other storage accounts without private endpoint are working fine

confirmed with support that private endpoint is supported for azure blob. Will check the DNS and network settings

is the VM (with IAM role) in the same VPC as that of the private end point ?
