Fusion Compute Virtual machine's disk is showing only IDE/SCSI

Hello Team,

We are taking Virtual machine’s backup in Huawei FusionCompute environment.

In FusionCompute Virtual Machines virtual disk adapter is showing VIRTIO.

 

But from Commvault restore of virtual machines showing IDE / SCSI option.

 

 

Please advise.

@Anand K , I conferred with a few colleagues and they suggested opening a support case for this.  Something isn’t working right.

Can you create a support case and share the incident number here?
