I’m trying to run my Virtualization Client backup, and this is the message I see when the job goes pending at 5%. What should I look into, to address this?

Hi Japplin,
What i suggest checking is on the subclient properties, check the Access Nodes listed and ensure they are online, and of the same Software version as the pseudo client (VSA)
If this client was part of a CommCell migration, then the Access Nodes originally configured are likely in the old CommCell and no longer accessible. Add Access Nodes for the new CommCell that have the appropriate access and retry the backup.
