Live VM Recovery for PowerFlex

Hi FTenorio,

I cannot see anywhere that Live Recovery wouldn’t work with PowerFlex.
Are you trying to do Live Recovery from snap backups, streaming backups or backup copies?
It’s expected for snap backups to not work with Live Recovery but streaming and backup copies should work as expected.

Does Live Mount also not work?

If you have any more details about your issues with LR and PowerFlex, please let me know.

Just adding context here. I meant Live Recovery from snap copy and not from backup copy.

Thanks for that, for the life of me I could not find that document.
I think the best option would be to contact your account manager and see if support is possible. They can help work with development to validate whether Commvault can add support for your PowerFlex.
