Hi, i believe that there is away to copy or make a shadow of a specific VM from comser to another one like active and passive, but unfortunately i don’t know how to perform that task.

Hi @Mohamed Shalaby ,

Good day!

Are you trying to move the already exisitng backups to new commserv or you are referring to regular replication?

If it is replication you have to do it associating the accessnodes from site A and Site B to commserv A

hi @Sureshkumar S

good day and thanks for your replying. i just have a VM running in site A and i want to make a copy of that VM in site B as secondary one, of course i will change its network configuration just in case if i want to run it in site B. i can export it as OVF and import it in site B, but  i believe that there is away to do that using commvault.

Hi @Mohamed Shalaby ,

you can proceed with an out of place restore .

For that you need to configure the site B vcenter to commserv on source
