OLVM/RHV restore parameters

Can you please update on the source hypervisor.

I couldn't see the cross restore ability to OLVM is not supported except from OVM

Hi,

you are correct, source hypervisor (for issue 2) is OVM with Oracle Linux 6 as source VM. Issue with changing VLAN was related to out-of-place restore on OLVM only.

On the OOP restore try to select network option during restore and select the VLAN

Regarding the cross restore we need to review logs and source machine config | can you raise a case ?

This is the option I’m reffering to. Setting network connetion does nothing, and restore preserve orginal VLAN settings. 

As for cross restore - this is PoC environment so we would need to go via CommVault Pre-sales team not support directly.
