Openshif Backup no prgress

Hello All, 

 

I am facing an issue that is come from time to time, it happened in my DR site, however I observed that once scheduled backup started it been in running status till next day morning with no progress, till I force susbended the job and resume again it will work and completed successfully. kindly advise if the same issue might happened to you . thank you all

Any chance you could view the logs for this job and share the output so we can analyse?

Please clean up any sensitive information from the extract (server names/ips etc).

We can then try figure out what the issue is.

As per @Chris Hollis‘s request, if you can provide logging it may be very helpful. vsbkp.log is the most likely to assist here depending where the issue occurs.

Also what version of Commvault are you using?
