Hi,

Currently, OVF properties are not protected which are part of vApp Options enabled VMs.

It is in road map for Future Release, mostly will be out by end of this year.

Are you looking to backup an OVF template with properties or a VM that was deployed using an OVF?

Can you provide a bit more detail on what you are looking for?

We are able to backup VM templates as per this doc Backups for VMware (commvault.com)
